An announcement has appeared on the Camposol internet sites, stating that LOCAL LAWYERS will be at Mariano's restaurant on Camposol (to talk about the turistico issue), on 4th Sept at 7pm. Nobody seems to know who has organised this, or why?
The courier will of course be in attendance at the meeting, and we will report the outcome on here, and in the October issue of the courier.

Joaquin Ataz Ruiz, our/your lawyer has already advised the CRA and the Town Hall regarding the above. At this moment, as he stated to the mayor and Cllr Jaqueline Galvez ( see minute) he would do, is preparing an advisory paper, without charge to them, which will set out exactlty what steps they will need to take in order to change the designation of these properties from turistico to residential, within the confines of the law. Also, it should be noted that Snr Ataz Ruiz has, without predjudice, clearly stated that this is not only possible, but essential, and it is not difficult to do.
